Before De La Salle Lipa City Sentrum there was Lipa City Cultural Center. Big events like basketball game, concert and occasions are held on the building. The Cultural Center still sponsors some great events about Lipa City. Local Basketball league inter barangay ,concert and school activities. Posters, banners and streamers are outside the building to announce an event.
The structure
The structure is big enough to hold a hundred crowd. The 
location is perfect because its along B. Morada highway Lipa City . Schools public and private are just around the building. Lipa PNP building is just across for security measures.


How to get to Lipa Cultural Center

The easiest way to get there if you’re coming from LipaCity Bustop is ride a tricyle. Although jeepney is always an option but you need to walk from Redemtorist Lipa City to Lipa City Youth and Cultural Center

Mabini Academy Lipa City



Founded  on June 10, 1922 The Mabini Academy in Lipa City is well known school. Known for good quality education and a large number of High school students. The school activities help to enrich the children growth in academic fields. The Mabini Academy is well recognized not only in Lipa but in the whole province of Batangas.

Redemptorist Church Lipa City

Redemptorist Church in Lipa City a member of Roman Catholic missionary religious institute.

Every Wednesday this place is crowded with Our Lady of Perpetual Help devotee. People all around Lipa City and Batangas are religiously praying to Our Mother of Perpetual Help.1960 when Redemptorist Missionaries came to the Philippines, The priest, brother, seminarians 
and lay are the ones who manage the church. Divino Amor Shrine in Lipa City is located along M.K Lina St. and traffic every Wednesday is expected since M.K Lina  St. is one of the main road in Lipa. Jeepney's coming from Batangas, Lemery, Mataas Na Kahoy and Batangas City are routed to the street.

Located along Ayala highway Lipa City SM City Lipa is one of the biggest mall in the city. Almost 200 shops and restaurant and services, 2 floors and with total 775,380 sq ft floor area. Owned and constructed by SM prime holding this supermall is main attraction here in Lipa City. Big events are held mall shows and city projects are supported by SM Lipa. Wide parking spaces are available at SM.
Opening date September 21 2006 after six years a lot of changes and improvement on the mall. Parking space, design shops and restaurant. The location before is a 

vacant lot and the vicinity is near the Lipa City Hall which is very accessible.  Big malls and establishment are rising in the city with the short span of year mall like SM and Robinson's Place Lipa are reaching out to Lipenos to provide basic needs. If the city continues to grow more and more building and establishment for us. More opportunities and jobs for everyone you don’t need to go outside the city.

How to get to SM City Lipa City.

From Lipa City bustop ride a multicab all the way to SM, minimum fare. A jeepney ride or tricycle is also available. If your coming from Tanauan or Manila via Tanauan you can just pass the mall along Ayala Highway.

In Lipa Public Market everything is available from food stalls “carinderia” , wet, dry fish , garments and services. Two huge buildings are located in Lipa Public Market. The building is for garments, tailoring and pharmacy services. If you are looking for barong, gowns for occasion you can find a lot of stall inside the building. The second building consist of rice, coffe, dry fish stall. Lipenos basic needs are located here . Around the building are stall for fish ,meat and newly constructed stall for dry goods.  Lipa City public market this is the busiest section every morning . Around 2-3 am people from nearby places  are delivering and getting fish from Lipa public market to sell it on their towns and public market as well
 Around the establishment parking lot are available although the space is limited you can park your car at a cost of 10 pesos. One of my favorite stall in Lipa City Market is the fruit stand fresh fruits like mangoes, watermelon, rambutan, lanzones apples, grapes etc. After the fruit stall there are stalls selling pots, knives bolos and plastic wares. Inside the building are items for your “sari sari store “. Looking for a divisoria price dress? Located on the building are dress for casual, formal and everyday dress.

If you’re looking for peaceful and solemn place you can visit Carmel Lipa City. The church is manage and run by Carmelite sisters. It is famous because of Our Mary Mediatrix of All Grace that shower petals.

Lipa City is one of the three cities in the province of Batangas, Philippines. (Tanauan City, Batangas City). It is located 78 Km away from Manila, (Philippines Capital City) and approximately one and a half hour ride. The city is named after a tree called “Dendrocnide meyeniana” or Lipa Tree. A recreational city that attracts tourist because of its nice weather, beautiful places, religious, commercial, industrial and educational center.
